It's true. Hello. Phillip here. I'm the creator of Story Master. Yes, this business evolved from an idea I had for a bakery. You see, I was beginning to enjoy cooking and baking, and around 2018, I started to get serious. I especially love making sweets. Cookies, brownies, cupcakes, birthday cakes…these are my favorite treats. Not just because they taste great, but for other reasons as well. One, being an artistic person, I have a lot of fun decorating them. It's so much fun to frost images on sugar cookies, and to make colorful and interesting swirls of frosting on cupcakes for example. Two, being an adult child, I feel young and free when making sweet treats. And three, it's an amazingly fun thing to do with kids; a perfect thing for an adult and their children to do together.

Anyway, like I said, I was getting serious about cooking and baking, and so I started to collect and cook from lots of different recipes for practice. I was gifted and bought fancy tools, all sorts of food coloring and cookie cutters, cookbooks, and anything related to cooking and baking. I knew that I had a long way to go before I got good at it, but that was okay because I was having fun along the way. But like I said, I was more into baking sweets, so I decided to focus more on that. Decorating sweets is not easy. It is a skill, and takes a long time to develop, and it requires a lot of practice and patience, as well as mistakes. I realized that if I was going to be any good at this, I had to learn how to decorate like a professional, and so I decided that I would dedicate much of my time to watching educational videos on YouTube, and practicing what I was learning.

I knew that I had a long road ahead of me before I would become an expert baker and decorator, but that didn't stop me from dreaming and already planning my future bakery. I'm someone who likes to fantasize and daydream a lot, and I like thinking and writing down how I would do things for all the things I want to do, regardless if it's in my grasp or not, whether it's designing my own house, or even how I would govern my own country. And I know that I could be successful with all the things that I want to do if I only had the chance to do them. Like, right now I'm designing my own game, and someday I'd like to have my own amusement park, and I know that they'd be successful without a doubt.
